The purpose of this report is to identify the citizens’ public concerns regarding the municipalities’ performance on resources management, openness, integrity, and accountability, if their voices are heard, what challenges they face in terms of access to information, complaints mechanisms, and sharing of ideas for a local initiative/project, etc. This research targeted 10municipalities across Jordan, namely: Ramtha, Irbid, Ain Al Basha, Al Salt, Russeifa, Zarqa, Sahab, Madaba, Karak, and Maan.
