A Graphic Designer Intern supports by designing, editing, and producing digital and print materials, including social media graphics, marketing assets, and branding materials. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Design Creation: Produce graphics for print and digital media, such as brochures, flyers, logos, and social media posts.

• Asset Development: Assist with creating, resizing, and optimizing images for websites, blogs, and email campaigns.

• Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions and work with creative teams to develop design concepts.

• File Management: Organize, catalog, and archive digital assets and prepare files for printers or vendors.

• Branding & Editing: Ensure all materials adhere to company brand guidelines and assist with photo editing or retouching. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Understanding of typography, color theory, and basic design principles.

• Soft Skills: Ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and accept feedback. 

As a Project Coordinator Intern, you will work closely with the project coordination team to support the planning, execution, and completion of various projects. You will be responsible for assisting with project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring communication flows smoothly among team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain, organize, and update project records, reports, schedules, and plans using tools like MS Office or specialized project management software.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize project team meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Communication: Serve as a central point of communication between team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Process Support: Assist in monitoring project scope, deadlines, and quality standards to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Risk & Issue Management: Help identify potential project risks and assist in developing solutions to overcome obstacles. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, high organizational capabilities, and attention to detail.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and, ideally, project management software.
• Attributes: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Researching and analyzing potential funding opportunities.
• Conducting donors’ mapping.
• Assisting in brainstorming session for funding opportunities.
• Assisting in conducting needs assessments and evaluations to gather relevant data and insights that inform proposal development.
• Drafting compelling proposals in collaboration with the proposal writing team.
• Conducting thorough reviews of proposal documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with proposal writing concepts (previous experience is a plus).
