Improving the integrity level of public healthcare Project
Brief
Through this project, Rasheed measured the quality of public health services in Jordan, enhanced the efficiency of public health budgeting through building the capacities of civil society organizations and involving them in the decision making processes, and enhanced transparency in information exchange between the government and citizens.
Outcomes/Activities
1. A patient satisfaction survey has been written, based on the impressions of outpatients and inpatients from 13 public hospitals
2. A focus group with stakeholders has been planned to disseminate the results of the survey but also to assess the Ministry of Health hospitals’ capacities.
