Sahar Al Yousef
Sahar N. Al-Yousef has over 25 years of experience working in Jordan and across the MENA region supporting institutional reform, governance modernization, and organizational transformation in the public, private, and civil society sectors. She has led strategic planning, capacity-building, and policy reform initiatives funded by international development partners like the World Bank, USAID and GIZ. Her work focuses on strengthening governance systems, institutional transparency, and evidence-based decision-making. Sahar holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan. She is a graduate of the Corporate Directors Program delivered by the IFC and the Jordan Institute of Directors, reflecting her commitment to sound governance and responsible board leadership.
