Sameera Qadoura

MS Sameera Qadoura is a Training and Communications Expert,  with more than 25 years of experience in health and economic development projects focusing on  management, training design and delivery, small business development, qualitative research, communication and outreach. Ms. Qadoura is a certified trainer for the “Event Management Certification Program” for George Washington University and holds a diploma in social marketing. From 1998 – 2012 she has directed the strategic communications and outreach component in support of USAID Jordan Economic Development Programs, managed by Chemonics, Bearing Point and Deloitte, covering social marketing, outreach and  awareness initiatives to engage target groups, and create jobs and enhance employability of women, and university graduates through public private partnership and dialogue activities,  and local economic development initiatives, in cooperation  with universities, NGO’s and relevant government entities. Ms. Qadoura is a founding member of Microfund for Women (MFW), and served as a board member for three terms.
