Today, Rasheed (Transparency International – Jordan), in partnership with the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA), officially launched “Korneesh”, a complaints platform during a formal ceremony.
This platform represents a significant advancement in digital governance, providing a secure and interactive channel for citizens to submit and follow up on complaints, thereby strengthening transparency in the management of public services in the Aqaba Governorate.
The platform was developed by a group of young men and women who received specialized training from Rasheed on the concepts of social accountability and its importance in improving both the accessibility and quality of services. They also worked on designing digital tools to support the practical application of these principles.

She also highlighted the importance of empowering and engaging youth in improving and advancing their communities.
