Second stage of the online Training event launch on monitoring land governance and tenure security in the Arab region


Rasheed for Integrity and Transparency (Transparency International – Jordan) launches on Tuesday the second stage of the online training event on monitoring land governance and tenure security in the Arab region. The event is part of the Arab Land Initiative’s stream of work and is hosted in partnership with the UN-Habitat/GLTN.
The training will last for three days (March 9-11) and aims at supporting national stakeholders with the development of their capacities in collecting, analyzing and reporting on land-related data as provided for by the joint module for collecting data and reporting SDG indicators 1.4.2 and 5.a.1.
Key land actors are invited to join this training to learn, exchange and build their capacities, representing government and civil society institutions and other relevant sectors in the North Africa sub-region.

Learning input will be provided by experts dealing with tools to monitor land governance, such as the

Global Land Tool Network, UN-HABITAT, International Land Coalition and Global Land Alliance
