Conclusion of the First Training Program under Integrity Academy 2025 to Enhance Youth Capabilities in Conflict Management


Rasheed (TI -JO) successfully concluded the first training program within Integrity Academy 2025, titled “Conflict Management and Resolution to Make Peace in Society,” which provided participants with advanced and specialized training in this field.

The program aimed to empower youth by enhancing their self-awareness and understanding of conflict dynamics and root causes. Through this, participants gained essential skills and tools for effectively managing and resolving conflicts in constructive ways that promote dialogue and strengthen social cohesion. The training covered key topics such as emotional intelligence, managing emotions, negotiation, problem-solving, and the role of media and sustainable development in reducing conflicts.

Through active engagement, participants developed the skills needed to resolve conflicts and promote peace in their communities. With these practical tools in hand, they are now equipped to apply their knowledge and make a tangible difference in their communities.

To enhance knowledge transfer, participants delivered interactive sessions on various topics related to conflict management and community peacebuilding to support anti-corruption efforts. The training program concluded with an scout activity day designed to foster teamwork, discipline, and the prioritization of the public good over personal interests, contributing to a deeper understanding of conflict management and peaceful negotiation methods.

Integrity Academy 2025: “Where empowerment drives meaningful impact” is part of Rasheed’s programs aimed at building youth capabilities, equipping them with the knowledge and tools they need to actively engage in society and educate their peers on concepts related to integrity, anti-corruption, and conflict management, as well as engaging in social accountability and advocacy campaigns that will strengthen their capacity as leaders of change.
